2 sticks Margarine
1/2 c. Sugar
1/2 tsp. M-K Almond Extract
1 Egg
2 1/2 c. All Purpose Flour

Cream margarine, sugar and M-K Almond Extract thoroughly. Add egg and mix well. Add flour and mix until well blended. Cover dough and refrigerate at least one hour. Form dough into balls about the size of a walnut. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten slightly with fingers. Bake at 350° for 8 to 12 minutes until slightly golden brown.
