1 c. Water
1 c. Raisins
1 c. Sugar
1/3 c. Margarine
1/4 tsp. M-K Butter Flavor
1 tsp. M-K Ground Nutmeg
1/2 tsp. M-K Ground Cloves
1 tsp. M-K Saigon Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. M-K Pure Vanilla Extract
2 c. All Purpose Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
Confectioner’s sugar

Combine water, raisins, sugar, margarine, M-K Butter Flavor, M-K Ground Nutmeg, M-K Ground Cloves, M-K Saigon Cinnamon and salt in a saucepan and boil for 3 minutes. Cool thoroughly. Add M-K Pure Vanilla Extract. In separate bowl, sift together flour, baking soda and baking powder. Once sifted, blend mixtures together thoroughly. Pour into a greased 11 X 17 X 1 1/2 pan and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until a toothpick tests clean. Cut into fingers when cool and sprinkle with confectioner’s sugar.
