1/3 c. Margarine
1/4 tsp. M-K Butter Flavor
1/2 c. Granulated Sugar
1 Egg, beaten
1 tsp. M-K Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 c. Milk
1 1/2 c. Cake Flour, unsifted
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. M-K Ground Nutmeg

Cream together margarine, M-K Butter Flavor and sugar. Add egg and beat well. Stir in M-K Pure Vanilla Extract. Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with the milk. Fill greased miniature muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes.


1/2 c. Butter or Margarine, melted
1/2 c. M-K Cinnamon Sugar

Dip tops of muffins into melted butter or margarine and then into M-K Cinnamon Sugar. Yields approximately 30 muffins. OPTIONAL: if regular muffin tins are used, bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Yields 12.
