Barbeque Chicken

Ingredients

  • 6 lg. Chicken Breasts
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 3 tsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 c. Butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 tsp. M-K Chili Powder

Directions

  1. Begin by removing the skin from the chicken breasts.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine salt, lemon juice, melted butter, and M-K Chili Powder. Stir until the mixture is well blended.
  3. Evenly rub the prepared mixture over the chicken breasts.
  4. Allow the chicken to marinate for about 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat the grill. Once hot, place the chicken on the grill, positioning them about 6 inches away from the heat source.
  6. Grill the chicken for approximately 45 minutes. Make sure to turn the chicken every 15 minutes to ensure even cooking.
  7. As the chicken grills, baste it occasionally using the remaining marinade.
  8. Once fully cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and serve.
