Spiced Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 c. Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp. M-K Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. M-K Ground Cardamom
  • 1 lg. Orange, peeled and sliced
  • 2 Bananas, sliced
  • 1/2 c. Green Grapes
  • 1 Pear, cubed
  • 1 c. Red Grapes
  • 1/3 c. Walnuts, toasted

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the lowfat vanilla yogurt, M-K Ground Cinnamon, and M-K Ground Cardamom to create the dressing. Set it aside.
  2. In a large salad bowl, combine the sliced orange, sliced bananas, green grapes, cubed pear, red grapes, and toasted walnuts.
  3. Just before serving, pour the yogurt dressing over the fruit and walnut mixture.
  4. Gently toss all the ingredients until the fruit and nuts are evenly coated with the dressing.
