  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked and diced potatoes, chopped green onions, M-K Whole Celery Seed, M-K Seasoned Salt, and M-K Granulated Black Pepper. Toss the ingredients lightly to mix.
  2. Separate the whites of the hard-cooked eggs from the yolks. Chop the egg whites and add them to the potato mixture. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator.
  3. Mash the egg yolks and then add sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, and prepared mustard. Mix these ingredients well to create a creamy dressing.
  4. Pour the sour cream mixture over the chilled potato mixture. Toss everything together lightly.
  5. Allow the salad to stand for 20 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
  6. Just before serving, add the diced cucumbers to the potato salad.
