Saltless Breaded Pork

Ingredients

  • 1 c. Fine Cracker Crumbs
  • 1 T. M-K Saltless Chicken Seasoning
  • 2 lb. Pork Chops, Steak or Tenderloin
  • Plain flour (for dusting)

  • Shortening (for frying)

Directions
