  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, grated onion, flour, salt, M-K Ground Rosemary, M-K Granulated Black Pepper, M-K Parsley Flakes, and M-K Rubbed Sage.
  2. As you grate the potatoes, immediately mix them into the egg mixture to prevent browning.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil (about 1/4 inch deep) in a frying pan.
  4. Drop 3 tablespoons of the potato batter into the hot oil for each pancake. Fry until browned, flipping the pancake only once.
  5. Once cooked, drain the pancakes on absorbent paper.
  6. In a separate saucepan, combine the applesauce with M-K Ground Cinnamon and heat until warm.
