Ingredients

  • 6 Boneless Chicken Breasts, skinned
  • 2 T. M-K Mexican Seasoning
  • Olive Oil
  • 8 oz. Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
  • 1 (4-oz.) can Green Chilies, chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Coat the chicken breasts in a mixture of M-K Mexican Seasoning and olive oil.
  3. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
  4. Combine cheese and the green chilies and sprinkle on top of the chicken breasts.
  5. Place the chicken breasts back in the oven for about 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
