Low Fat Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. Cottage Cheese
  • 1/4 c. Radishes, sliced
  • 1/4 c. Green Onions, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp. M-K Seasoned Salt
  • 1/8 tsp. M-K Granulated Black Pepper
  • 1 c. Cherry Tomatoes OR Tomato Wedges on Lettuce Leaf
  • Optional: Diced cucumbers, zucchini, chopped green or red pepper, broccoli, cauliflower, or M-K Chives in place of green onions.

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, sliced radishes, and sliced green onions.
  2. Season with M-K Seasoned Salt and M-K Granulated Black Pepper. Mix well.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator until it’s thoroughly cold.
  4. Before serving, stir in the halved cherry tomatoes or place tomato wedges on a lettuce leaf.
  5. Optionally, you can enhance the salad by adding any of the suggested fresh vegetables or substitute M-K Chives for green onions.
